 “Products” refer to research-grade peptides, peptide solutions, bacteriostatic water, and other laboratory-use research compounds sold directly by Seacoast Aminos on this Website. All Products are sold exclusively for Research Use Only and are not intended for human or veterinary use. “Products” do not include informational content, marketing materials, third-party items, packaging materials, or any materials not expressly identified as purchasable goods on the Website. Products are sold only in the condition and specifications described on their respective product pages.

 “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using this website.

 “For Research Use Only” means that all products are intended solely for laboratory and research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

 “Modification of Terms” refers to Seacoast Aminos.com right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notice, which may include posting an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page or providing notice by email when appropriate. All modifications apply prospectively only from the stated effective date. All Products sold on this Website are research-grade materials intended exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified professionals and are not approved for human or veterinary use. Products must not be used for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Any personal, human, animal, or other non-research use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Seacoast Aminos reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts of any User suspected of misuse, attempted misuse, diversion, or violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms, including violations of FDA restrictions on research chemicals.

Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines when handling, storing, or using our products.

Seacoast Aminos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the misuse, unauthorized use, improper handling, improper storage, or unlawful application of its Products. This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from Seacoast Aminos gross negligence or willful misconduct. All Products are labeled with molecular identity, batch number, and purity percentage, and are accompanied by Certificates of Analysis (“CoAs”) issued by independent third-party laboratories. CoAs reflect testing results at the time of manufacture and are provided solely for informational and quality-control purposes. Seacoast Aminos warrants only that Products shipped will conform to the specifications stated on the applicable CoA at the time of shipment when handled and stored in accordance with standard laboratory conditions. No other warranties are made or implied, and all Products remain subject to the warranty and liability disclaimers set forth in Article 3 (“Disclaimers of Liability”).

Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction.

 Legal Compliance Responsibility:

The Company is not responsible for any consequences, liabilities, or regulatory actions resulting from the User’s possession, transportation, resale, or use of products purchased from this website.

The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of research compounds. • Access to certain product pages and ordering features on the site is gated. Customers must confirm age (21+) and accept the ‘for research use only’ policy before browsing product details.
• Checkout functionality is further gated by a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification process that requires name, email, and mobile OTP login to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Verified user accounts bypass repeat prompts and retain secure access to ordering features.

• Shipping Cost is $20 FLAT and our choice of carrier. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150
• Orders are processed and shipped within standard business hours. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

   Ownership & Risk Transfer

• Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser only when the carrier records the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided by the customer, provided that Seacoast Aminos has properly packaged the order, supplied accurate shipping information, and selected a commercially reasonable carrier. After carrier-confirmed delivery, Seacoast Aminos is not liable for theft, mis-delivery, loss, or other post-delivery issues, and the customer is responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

 Carrier Delay Disclaimer

• Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside the Company’s control, including carrier errors, weather conditions, or regional facility delays. Seacoast Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the shipment has been accepted and processed by the carrier.

Replacement Policy

 We only cover Shipping damage. No Warranty on Research products

 How to Request a Replacement:

• Items are eligible for replacement only from shipping damage. All items are RESEACH only and have no Implied warranty

 Exceptions and Conditions

• Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products damaged due to improper handling, mixing, storage, attempted use, or any deviation from proper laboratory procedures after delivery.
• The Company reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if there is evidence of tampering, attempted use, or product degradation.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Seacoast Aminos and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes the User’s affirmative acceptance of the modifications.  Order Cancellation Policy

• If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

 Failure to Complete Payment:

• Orders may be automatically canceled if payment is not successfully processed or verified.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

• The Company maintains comprehensive electronic records of each transaction, including order details, payment authorization, shipment tracking, and carrier delivery confirmation. These records may be used to verify fulfillment and delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute. Carrier-confirmed delivery shall constitute prima facie evidence that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer, subject to the customer’s right to present contrary evidence.

• Evidence and Dispute Resolution

• The Company maintains comprehensive electronic records of each transaction, including order details, payment authorization, shipment tracking, and carrier delivery confirmation. These records may be used to verify fulfillment and delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute. Carrier-confirmed delivery shall constitute prima facie evidence that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer, subject to the customer’s right to present contrary evidence.
• Chargebacks initiated without good-faith efforts to resolve the issue with the Company may constitute a breach of these Terms. Seacoast Aminos reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is inaccurate, fraudulent, or unsupported by the facts. The Company may seek recovery of reasonable, documented costs directly caused by such a chargeback—including processor-imposed fees, representment or retrieval costs, arbitration fees, and administrative review time—to the extent permitted by applicable law and card-network rules. Repeated or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination.

• Refusal of Service & Blacklist Policy
• Seacoast Aminos may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order, account, or payment method when reasonably necessary to protect the Company, its customers, or comply with applicable law. This includes—but is not limited to—cases involving suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, regulatory compliance concerns, violations of these Terms, inaccurate or unverifiable information, or activity flagged by the Company’s internal fraud-prevention or blacklist systems. 
• If an order or account is denied, restricted, or flagged through these systems, the User will receive post-action notice via email and may request a review by contacting the Company. Restrictions may be upheld, modified, or reversed after review, depending on the circumstances and available evidence. The Company may maintain restrictions when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or regulatory violations, and such actions—when supported by legitimate business reasons—do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 Waiver

• Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

 Entirety

• These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Waiver Agreement and the Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and Seacoast Aminos and our Affiliates and Partners with respect to, but not limited to, our services, and supersede any and all previous written or oral agreements between you and us with respect to, but not limited to, our services.

Assignment

• Seacoast Aminos may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor, or purchaser of assets in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or other legitimate business purpose. Any such assignment will not diminish the User’s existing rights or expand the User’s obligations under this Agreement. The User may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Seacoast Aminos, and any attempted assignment without such consent is void. This Agreement is binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
