Seacoast Aminos does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Such claims must include complete order details and verifiable evidence, including but not limited to photographic documentation. Failure to provide sufficient evidence within the stated timeframe will result in automatic denial of the claim.
All claims are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Seacoast Aminos. If a claim is approved, the company reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, partial credit, or denial of refund. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued in rare and exceptional circumstances.
Seacoast Aminos assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or consequences resulting from improper handling, storage, misuse, or unauthorized application of products after delivery. All risk transfers to the purchaser upon shipment confirmation.
