Shipping Policy Effective Date: May 29, 2026
Seacoast Aminos ships within the United States only. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
1. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
- Expedited options available at checkout
- Note: Liquids are not eligible for USPS shipping
2. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Free Shipping on orders over $150
- All shipping charges are non-refundable
3. Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship only within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted states.
- Certain products may have additional restrictions shown at checkout.
5. Delivery Times Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days from the ship date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- For packages marked “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first.
- Lost packages (confirmed by carrier) will be handled with a reship or refund at our discretion.
- Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours with photos (see our Refund and Returns Policy).
7. Important Research Use Notice All products sold by Seacoast Aminos are strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not for human consumption. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
